【產品說明】
該產品噴涂或滾涂在基材表面之后，經(jīng)過UV燈的照射，使其由液態(tài)轉化為固態(tài)，進而達到表面硬化，其耐刮耐劃的作用，且表面看起來光亮，美觀、質感圓潤。

TPU軟膠、PVC軟膠、PEVA軟膠、ABS美甲貼、PP料美甲貼、亞克力等產品噴涂

【施工工藝】
1.在噴涂前充分清洗底材,以確保優(yōu)異的附著力和表面效果。
2.本品作業(yè)條件,溫度: 15-30℃; 濕度:(RH)≤75%
3.噴涂方式：直接噴涂，噴涂粘度(巖田2號,25℃) : 8 s ~9s
4.干燥條件: 300-400能量
5.噴涂空氣壓力: 4.5-6.5kg/c㎡
6.噴涂距離：10-20cm
7.噴槍口徑：1.1-1.5mm

3. Spraying method: direct spraying, spraying viscosity (Yantian 2, 25 ℃): 8 s ~ 9 s
4. Drying condition: 300-400 energy
5. Spraying air pressure: 4.5-6.5kg/cm2
6. Spraying distance: 10-20cm
7. Diameter of spray gun: 1.1-1.5mm
【施工注意事項】
1：被涂物表面雜物、油污必須清除。
2：施工調薄時請用專用稀釋劑，以免影響漆膜外觀、性能
3：油漆調制后，在使用前一定要靜置10-15分鐘后方可使用
4：涂裝成品在常溫下靜置20-30分鐘后，烘烤70oC*1H效果佳
5：開蓋使用后務必蓋緊,以免吸濕和風干;已加硬化劑之混合漆，不可入原桶，以免硬化
6：嚴格控制溶劑含水氣，禁止用含醇類溶劑
7：遇反常氣候涂裝時,請洽敝司技術員,以尋求適當?shù)耐垦b方法
8：油漆開稀后用300目過濾網(wǎng)過濾

4: After standing at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, the effect of baking at 70oC * 1H is good
5: Be sure to cover tightly after use to avoid moisture absorption and air drying; The mixed paint with hardener should not be put into the original barrel to avoid hardening
6: Strictly control the water containing gas in the solvent and prohibit the use of alcohol containing solvents
7: In case of abnormal weather coating, please contact our technician to find the appropriate coating method
8: The paint is thinned and filtered with 300 mesh filter
